  • Each participant receives a unique access code to a secure online gallery. Families view, select, and purchase their photos directly through the GotPhoto platform—no paper forms or money collection for you.

  • There is no cost to the league or organization. We handle all production, ordering, and payments.

  • Galleries remain open for free batch shopping for about 10-14 days from the release date. After the batch shipping date passes, families will still have access to their galleries, they will just have to pay shipping costs. We provide clear communication to families about deadlines.

  • We offer a wide range of print sizes, digital downloads, and specialty items like trading cards, magnets, and team posters.

  • Families can choose home delivery or free bulk delivery to the league/school. We manage all logistics.

  • After your organization has had their picture day, photos are edited and then uploaded within a week. Then the buying window opens which remains open for about 10-14 days. Once the order is placed I typically have the physical products in my possession within a week. Following that I will make arrangements with the organizer to deliver the physical products to them so that they can be distributed. Overall the timeline from picture day to delivery is about 3-4 weeks.

  • Yes. We are fully insured and have extensive experience photographing leagues, schools, and large events.

  • I’ll need a designated contact person to help coordinate schedules, confirm rosters, and communicate photo day details to families. I will need the roster with first and laste names, team/couch, and parent email. I’ll also need permission to access the location on photo day and, if applicable, a shaded or covered area for set-up. All marketing materials and instructions for families will be provided by me, so your main role is simply sharing them.
