Tips for Amazing Senior Pictures
From what to wear to what to expect
Tip 1: Make it Personal
Find a way to make your senior session personal! If you take anything away from this page it is this one single tip. This session is all about YOU and what YOU have accomplished! Bring that medal you won in swimming. Bring the violin that you played in the orchestra. Bring that soccer ball. Bring anything that showcases what you have done and accomplished throughout high school.
Tip 2: Pick a location that fits you
Not all locations are created equal. Pick one that fits you and your personality. You want to make sure it represents you because that will help you feel more comfortable. For example, if you grew up in the city, maybe an urban environment is for you. If you grew up going to the beach every summer, maybe we have your session at a beach. Your location does not have to have a strong meaning or sentimental value behind it. You just want to make sure it is a location that will let you be you!
Tip 3: Wear something fun!
One of the best parts about your senior session is that you can have a few outfit changes! You could have one formal/nicer outfit and then a more casual one. You could bring the shirt of the college you are attending. Or even one of your uniforms from a sport you have played. If you are graduating college and you were in greek life you could bring a shirt with your letters on it. If you have your cap and gown, bring that too! Just make sure whatever you pick you are comfortable in it so you can feel confident and beautiful!
I have also curated a few outfit inspirations on Pinterest. You can view them here.
Tip 4: Make it a celebration!
because it is a celebration! It is time to celebrate all that you have accomplished. This session is meant to be fun. Don't be afraid to be silly and really showcase your personality. I promise you are going to have an amazing time!
